For loot such as magical weapons, armor, and wands (Fortified, Indestructible, Power, etc) according to monster base difficulty:

difficulty 60 - 69 1 in 75
difficulty 70 - 79 1 in 50
difficulty 80 - 89 1 in 25
difficulty 90 + 1 in 12
